Color the Squares

As everyone is in social distancing mode due to the Covid-19, why not try a math problem with your children. Color the Square is a fun one that is like a sudoko without numbers. First, you will need to do a little prep.

Download and print the following templates. Cut out the 16 coloured circles (4 red, 4 green, 4, yellow, and 4 blue). Alternatively you could use poke chips if you have them.

Listen to this 45 second instructional video of the rules.

Have fun!

This and many other great problems can be found on the Galileo Educational Network site.
